PrivacyWhat we collect, and what we don't

This policy covers spacemproject.com, operated by Spacem Project, based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. It describes what happens to information you give us through this website.

It does not cover the software we build and run for clients. That work is governed by the agreement signed for it, which sets out how data belonging to a client and their customers is handled.

Only what you type into the Diagnostic form, and only because we need it to answer you:

Serving a web page means a server has to answer a request, and answering it produces a log — your IP address, the page asked for, the browser and operating system that asked. Our hosting provider records these as part of delivering the site and to keep it working and secure. We don't use them to build a profile of you and we don't join them to anything you submit.

The site stores one thing in your browser: which language you picked, English or Spanish, so the choice survives you clicking to the next page. It sits in your browser's local storage, it holds nothing but "en" or "es", it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We think this is the more useful half of the document, so it gets said plainly. This site does not:

Two places on the site hand you off somewhere else, and both wait for you to decide.

The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation with us in WhatsApp. That conversation happens on WhatsApp's infrastructure and is subject to their privacy terms, not ours — we see the message, and so does Meta.

Session videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load only after you press play. Until you do, YouTube receives nothing: no request, no cookie, no record that you were on the page. Once you press play, you are watching a YouTube player, and YouTube receives the request that comes with it.

You asked us for something. You filled in a form headed "Get my free Diagnostic" with the contact details needed to deliver it, and we use them to deliver it and to talk to you about it. That is the whole basis. If you'd rather we didn't have them, the section below is how you say so.

We'll reply by email, and we may call or text the number you gave us, about the Diagnostic you asked for and nothing else. If you'd rather we only used one of those, say so and we'll note it — replying to our first email with "email only" is enough.

We don't use automated dialing or mass texting to reach people who filled in this form.

Web3Forms deletes submissions automatically after three years at the latest. Our own copy — the message in the inbox and any correspondence that follows — we keep while there's a reason to: an open conversation, an active client relationship, or a record we're required to hold on to. When there isn't, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will, unless we're legally required to keep something specific.

Email us and we'll do any of the following: tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. We'll get back to you within 30 days.

Some of these are rights you have by law depending on where you live, and some aren't — at our size several of the state privacy laws don't apply to us yet. We'd rather not make you check which is which. Ask, and we'll do it either way.

This site is aimed at people running businesses and organizations. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you think we have, tell us and we'll remove it.

If we change how any of this works, we'll change this page and move the date at the top. If a change is significant — a new tool that receives your data, a new reason we'd contact you — we won't do it quietly.
